Scope
These terms of sale govern Doku+ subscriptions purchased on www.dokugame.app. They come in addition to the terms of use, which still apply.
A subscription purchased inside the mobile app is NOT covered here: it is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and is governed by their terms, including billing, cancellation and refunds.

What you get
Doku+ is a subscription to a digital service that unlocks early access to new universes and removes advertising in the mobile app. It grants no advantage in the leaderboards and does not change the daily grid, which stays the same for every player.
The game content (new universes, new editions) may evolve during the subscription period.
Prices
Available prices and durations are displayed on the Doku+ page before any purchase. They include all taxes, in the currency offered at checkout.
Happy App Studio may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time of purchase. A price increase affecting an ongoing subscription is notified to you before it takes effect, and you remain free to cancel.
Order and payment
A Doku account is required. Checkout is operated by our provider RevenueCat (Web Billing) and its payment partner; no card details are collected or stored by Happy App Studio.
The order is final once payment is accepted. A receipt is sent by the payment provider to the email address used at checkout.
Doku+ is enabled on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, both on the website and in the app.
Duration, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for the period you chose and renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the current period ends.
You can cancel at any time from the Account page, free of charge and without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: Doku+ stays active until then, and nothing is charged afterwards.
The current period is not refunded on a pro rata basis.
Right of withdrawal
You normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase.
Because Doku+ is available immediately after payment, you expressly request performance of the contract before that period ends and waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
If you have not used the service, write to hello@happyapp.studio: we consider every refund request in good faith.
Availability and interruption
The service may be briefly interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. A prolonged interruption attributable to Happy App Studio entitles you, on request, to a gesture of goodwill or a pro rata refund.

Any complaint can be sent to hello@happyapp.studio. We aim to answer as quickly as possible.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where they are more favourable to you.
