Report a rejected answer
At the end of a game, tap the cell in the recap, then « Report ». The report reaches us with the grid context, and our reply arrives in your inbox.
Account and devices
Without an account, your games live on a single device. Create an account from the Account screen (Google, Apple or email link) to keep your streak and scores on all your devices, in the app and on the website.
Delete my account
From the Account screen of the app or the website, choose « Delete my account ». All your data is erased. A Doku+ subscription is cancelled separately, see below.
Doku+
On iPhone, manage the subscription in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, in Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions. On the website, from the Account screen. After changing phones, use « Restore purchases » in the Doku+ screen.
