Acceptance of these terms
By using www.dokugame.app or the Doku app, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
The service
Doku is a daily grid game inspired by sudoku, published by Happy App Studio. Every day brings a new grid per universe, the same one for every player, plus a free play mode with unlimited grids.
The website and the app share the same account, the same daily grid and the same leaderboards.
Account and sign-in
You can play without creating an account: a guest session is opened automatically to keep your progress on this device and browser.
You can then link that session to a Google or Apple account, or to your email address (sign-in link). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens on it.
Clearing your browser data may delete an unlinked guest session, and with it any progress that was never attached to an account.
Rules of use
You agree to use Doku in accordance with applicable law and with respect for other players. Any attempt to distort the leaderboards (automation, multiple accounts, exploiting a flaw) is prohibited.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Doku, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Nickname and friends
You choose a nickname that other players can see on the leaderboards and on your profile. It must stay respectful and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any inappropriate nickname.
Intellectual property
All content in the service (design, illustrations, grids, criteria, text, code) is the exclusive property of Happy App Studio. Reproduction, modification or distribution without prior permission is prohibited.
The reference data used to build the grids (transit networks, geographic data, third-party game universes) remains the property of its respective owners and is used for gameplay and informational purposes.
Advertising
The website shows no advertising. The mobile app may show ads through third-party networks such as Google AdMob; the Doku+ subscription removes them.
Doku+ subscription
Doku+ unlocks early access to new universes and removes advertising in the app. A subscription purchased on the website is governed by the terms of sale; one purchased inside the app is handled by the App Store or Google Play.
Availability
Doku is provided "as is". Happy App Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may change or discontinue all or part of the service, including a universe or an edition.
Happy App Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms
Happy App Studio may change these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you use the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
